All music posted here is the original work of Richard Lowdermilk unless noted by asterisk (*), and is copyrighted and owned by Mr. and Mrs. J.W. Lowdermilk.

Just a few of the bands that "inspired" Richard through the years: Beatles, Led Zep, Steely Dan, Who, Peter Gabriel, Genesis, ELP, Bowie, Pink Floyd, Rem, U2, Clapton, Joni Mitchell, Depeche Mode, and many more!

Richard wrote and recorded tons of tunes and it would be hard to post all that he had created, so I will try to upload all the best of his work. Enjoy the mp3 and wma files. I hope my "notes" are accurate!

Lifedrops of Love - Acoustic with Andy Raper. Beautiful, dreamy with an element of sadness and surrender to love.
Can't Let It Go - Recorded with Andy, Mike and Dave in Wink's basement.
How To Say Goodbye - A song about his 2nd marriage crashing. Painful and amazing tune.

Message - A cool song we recorded together, probably about a stripper...ya think? Great guitar,
Sapphire Dream - Recorded together in 1997.  He really wanted a better slide guitar feel but it is still great.
Missing You - 1986, 4-track cassette. Awesome heart-felt tune about Robin. Great guitar and keyboard work!
The Last Time - He recorded on my Sampler Keyboard and tried to give the vocals a Morrisey feel... it worked.
Radiator - Instrumental that I created using sampled snippets of Richard's experimental guitar playing....crushing!
Flame Of Hope - Great tune, I don't know much about it's history.

For The Love of the Little Ones - Nice tune, not sure about it's history.
Green Leaf - Richard on Piano, epic tune with almost ELP feel. Long and experimental.
How Did It Get So Bad - Rough tune, he was still working it out. Great lyrics, great chord changes and even funny!
